 Have you run mergemaster after you have updated the system?
 What is the version? Run
 $ ident /usr/libexec/locate.mklocatedb
 to find out. The latest for RELENG_4 should be
 $FreeBSD: src/usr.bin/locate/locate/mklocatedb.sh,v 1.10.2.1 2002/08/07 09:21: 00 tjr Exp $

 Do you still have securelevel raised? If so, run with the default.
