I think I've seen the same thing with 
ad0: <IBM-DTTA-351680/T51OA73A> ATA-4 disk at ata0 as master
ad0: 16124MB (33022080 sectors), 32760 cyls, 16 heads, 63 S/T, 512 B/S
ad0: 16 secs/int, 32 depth queue, UDMA33
But I dont reboot frequently enough to have it phase me..
