# cd /usr/ports/emulators/linux_base
# make install

then add 'linux_enable="YES"' to /etc/rc.conf.

Note that there are apparently three different versions of the
linux_base port at this time. The appear to be vs. 6.1, 6.2 and 7.0 of
whichever distro the linux base tracks.
