	basically, FreeBSD-current now has SNAP release (= main trunc)
	equivalent to 7/1 (so the closest is 7/3).
	HOWEVER, we made modifications during the merge.  They are listed
	in kame/COVERAGE document.  Here are the key differences:
	- RFC2292 advanced API instead of 2292bis API
	- no ALTQ
	- no mobile-ip6
	- no NATPT
