Make sure that the freetype module is loaded. If it is not, add the following
line to the "Modules" section of your X Windows configuration file:

	Load "freetype"

Add the following line to the "Files" section of X Windows configuration file:

	FontPath "/usr/local/lib/X11/fonts/dejavu/"

Note: your X Windows configuration file is typically /etc/X11/XF86Config
if you are using XFree86, and /etc/X11/xorg.conf if you are using X.Org.
====
Note that some of the standard modules are provided as separate
ports since they require extra dependencies:

bsddb databases/py-bsddb
gdbm databases/py-gdbm
sqlite3 databases/py-sqlite3
tkinter x11-toolkits/py-tkinter

Install them as needed.

======================================================================

This OpenJDK implementation requires fdescfs(5) mounted on /dev/fd and
procfs(5) mounted on /proc.

If you have not done it yet, please do the following:

	mount -t fdescfs fdesc /dev/fd
	mount -t procfs proc /proc

To make it permanent, you need the following lines in /etc/fstab:

	fdesc	/dev/fd fdescfs rw	0	0
	proc	/proc procfs rw	0	0

Please change the password in /usr/local/etc/mpd.conf

 Please test your blacs installation
Test programs are located at /usr/local/share/BLACS/TESTING

 Example:
  % cd /usr/local/share/BLACS/TESTING
  % /usr/local/bin/mpd &
  % /usr/local/bin/mpirun -np 4 ./xCbtest_MPI-FreeBSD
  % /usr/local/bin/mpirun -np 4 ./xFbtest_MPI-FreeBSD
  % /usr/local/bin/mpdallexit

 Or, if you're using OpenMPI:
  % cd /usr/local/share/BLACS/TESTING
  % LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/mpi/openmpi/lib/ export LD_LIBRARY_PATH
  % PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/mpi/openmpi/bin/ export PATH
  % mpirun -np 4 ./xCbtest_MPI-FreeBSD
  % mpirun -np 4 ./xFbtest_MPI-FreeBSD

You can change -np 4 to any number to meet your local environment.
See files at /usr/local/share/doc/blacs for detail.
*********************************************************************
***********************************************************************
 Please test your scalapack installation
Example programs are located at /usr/local/share/examples/SCALAPACK

Test programs are located at /usr/local/share/SCALAPACK/TESTING

 Example:
  % cd /usr/local/share/SCALAPACK/TESTING
  % /usr/local/bin/mpd &
  % /usr/local/bin/mpirun -np 4 ./xcbrd
  % /usr/local/bin/mpirun -np 4 ./xcdblu
   etc., etc. ...

  to perform all the tests,
  % cd /usr/local/share/SCALAPACK/TESTING
  % /usr/local/bin/mpd &
  % csh
  % foreach i (x*)
  ? /usr/local/bin/mpirun -np 4 ./$i >& ~/$i.log
  ? end
  % /usr/local/bin/mpdallexit

If you're using OpenMPI, use this instead:
  % cd /usr/local/share/SCALAPACK/TESTING
  % LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/mpi/openmpi/lib/ export LD_LIBRARY_PATH
  % PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/mpi/openmpi/bin/ export PATH
  % mpirun -np 4 ./xcbrd
  % mpirun -np 4 ./xcdblu
   etc., etc. ...

You can change -np 4 to any number to meet your environment.
See files at /usr/local/share/doc/scalapack for detail.
