Yes, if you mean what I think you mean.  See the ng_one2many(4) man

You can just check the http://www.freebsd.org/releng/ web page. 5.0
release is scheduled for 20th November.  If you want e-mail
notifications of releases, I recommend that you subscribe to the
freebsd-announce@freebsd.org mailing list.
