- Delete the /usr/ports/www/jakarta-tomcat directory
- Either delete /usr/sup/ports-*, or remove all references to
jakarta-tomcat from all the checkouts.cvs:. files.
- CVSup again
- update the CVSup port (not the CVSup-bin port!)

This was a bug in CVSup triggered by some obscure change in the tomcat
port. It has been fixed, after updating CVSup and following the above
procedure, the problem will be gone for good.
