Yes, Im aware and was thinking I should have added more to my email after
I sent it, so I apologize.  The reason I was interested in going towards
cranor's work is b/c of it's being incorporated with net and open BSDs.
I think my main dislike of HARP is the way it was written... other than
that, you're correct about HARP being more comprehensive -- perhaps we
should just stick with this until we can deem that there is no use in
kicking the dead code anymore b/c it's not going to wake up?
