Had this problem on two machines.

I solved it by deinstalling spamassassin and all perl modules it
depended upon, reinstalling it and all mandatory and optional perl
modules it requires.

The port has had a dependency problem for some time, it lokks like it
has been fixed now.

Since I'm using it with amavisd I also deinstalled it to be sure not to
mess up the ports dependencies.

I suggest you stop the mail system while you're doing this. I understand
this could be a big problem depending on the size of your site, anyway
if your machine is decently fast it should take just a few minutes. If
you have a secondary MX you should not loose any email and delivery
delays should be quite acceptable.
