Thank you.  IPv6 installation is come back!  I tested it and saw IPv6
gloabal address is assigned by rtsol.

However, one serious bug was found, today.  The host did not respond
to icmp6 echo reply against ff02::1 or link-local of itself.  I just
committed the fix into -CURRENT.  I wish to MFC it.
