 Yes. Rack could also be a problem someday but the current version seems 
 to be fine.

 Yes, we can.

 There is currently only one plugin in the tree which is 
 www/redmine-http-auth and that one is not affected. But for 3rd party 
 plugins the problem persists so i will tune the UPDATING entry to warn 
 users.
