Probably twm.

There are lots of little wm's in ports/x11-wm that are not big
"desktop environments" like kde/gnome/xfce.  Try ctwm for a step up
from twm.

twm used to be part of ports/x11/xorg-clients.  Now it's
in ports/x11-wm/twm.
