I received a few questions about which branch this change was
committed. It is in BOTH -current and -stable.

Granted we didn't test this change in our machines for several months
(the usual prerequisite for something major, like a >5-line patch, to
go into -stable) but I thought it would be very bad to have
incompatible (as in "can't share the ccd filesystems") versions in
-current and -stable.

Hope this restores peace in many people's minds.

Satoshi
