The 'USE_GNOME' doesn't mean it will fetch all dependenies of GNOME. Also,  
it doesn't mean it's has to be GNOME app. If you have  
'USE_GNOME=pkgconfig' and it will only depend on pkgconfig, nothing more  
and nothing less.
