My vic on FreeBSD can switch quickcam and meteor.

Libqcam.a is necessary only for Linux.
I am going to write report to vic@ee.lbl.gov about configuration on
FreeBSD.

Sorry, I don't know, because I don't have a printer, I disabled lp.
