No.  If a module does not use MakeMaker, it must have a pretty good
reason to do so - this basically means that said module does everything
by itself, and most likely will either a) already be PREFIX-clean, or b)
have to be modified in non-trivial ways to become PREFIX-clean.  Let
this not concern you.  :-)
