I have just finished installing XFree86 4.0.2 manually, the port doesn't work. The install went fine and twm works perfect. The problem is that any port I try to make that needs X gets an error that make cannot find X. I tried installing the Blackbox WM manually and using its configure command I can specify where the X libs and include is. If I don't do this then it complains that it can't find them. My question is, can you specify where make looks for X when building ports? I have looked at /etc/make.conf, but it only seems to allow for backward compatibility with old versions of X. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ian __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
