I'm confused.  "all" includes "sd0", and "sh MAKEDEV sd0" makes the 
sd0 control device.

The ones that lose are things like the worm and the processor,
and for now that can be documented in the release notes.  You're
likely to have more problems than a missing device node if you
try to use those.
