See my other mail - this isn't about size, this is about determining a
correct methodology for adding things to this file.  Since this file
has just begun its life and we're trying to get people to "sign up" to
the concept, that methodology IS very important right now and that's
what we're arguing about, not the measly 130K.

In any case, I don't want a bike-shed discussion over this and it's my
file, so I'm just going to dive in and make it conform to the
minimalist principles I'd intended for it.  I'm cutting the Gordian
knot in this discussion. :)
