I can confirm that :

#performance_cx_lowest=3D"HIGH"
#performance_cpu_freq=3D${performance_cx_lowest}
#economy_cx_lowest=3D"LOW"
#economy_cpu_freq=3D${economy_cx_lowest}

in rc.conf was the problem.
