--- Comment #2 from Jason Unovitch <jason.unovitch@gmail.com> ---
Based off the error message regarding "ssh_explicit_bzero", this appears to be
a duplicate of incomplete updates in bug 196760 which was fixed and followed up
with errata notice for all releases
(https://www.freebsd.org/security/advisories/FreeBSD-EN-15:04.freebsd-update.asc).

Despite what `freebsd-update IDS` returned, does/did `file /bin/sh` actually
say FreeBSD 9.3?

/bin/sh: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, x86-64, version 1 (FreeBSD), dynamically
linked, interpreter /libexec/ld-elf.so.1, for FreeBSD 9.3, stripped
