I would *strongly* encourage all FreeBSD developers to have =
WITH_PKGNG=3Ddevel
 in /etc/make.conf on at least one machine.  If you find any bugs, =
please report them, so that they can be fixed before most of our users =
see them.  The bugs that I found doing this were fixed during the alpha =
phase, very quickly after reporting them.

If you don't do this, then please be aware when you complain about bugs =
then at least some of the responsibility for them belongs to you.  No =
one can fix bugs that they don't know about.
