Thanks to Glenn Johnson, the libbonobo and nautilus lock ups seem to be
resolved.  Looks like newer versions of libtool don't pass -lc_r to the
linker for all versions of FreeBSD.  This is a no-no on -CURRENT since
${PTHREAD_LIBS} is set to -lc_r.
