I rebooted one of my other 64bit servers, same motherboard, and found =
that the Virtualization was disabled =85 unfortunately, my remote =
console for the server I'm trying this isn't working for the keyboard, =
so am going to need to get a local tech to fix this, but this seems like =
the cause =85 checking VBox.Log, I'm also finding:

pluto# grep VT VBox.log
00:00:00.281 HWACCM: No VT-x or AMD-V CPU extension found. Reason =
VERR_VMX_MSR_LOCKED_OR_DISABLED
pluto#=20

Will get a tech to fix things up this week and re-test =85 32bit works =
like a charm =85 like night-n-day going from QEMU to this though =85
