Hi...

When i run certain programs like mozilla and sylpheed(both is included in
ports) they causes a systemwide slowdown in X. After they are launched
there are a dealy in everything i do(1-20 seconds).=20
Exampled, if i launch a xterm and i press K it takes 1-20 seconds before the
k appears. All other applications in X are also suffering from this
mysterious slowdown. Ive tried both blackbox and KDE 3.2.=20
CPU and RAM load is normal.
Only solution if to shutdown X and start it up from shell again...

running freebsd 4.7 and XFree86 Version 4.3.0..

Anyone else tried this?
