For the delay at startup, if a card is already inserted, it is due to the
timeout in rtsx.

I put some more output at init of the chip (without bootverbose)

Please just test with the last master
(1cb949167b42f3aac64f6a1bdb90540a825c14c2)

and report the output is /var/spool/messages or dmesg
