My suggestion is that you ignore the lovely person who had someone wee-wee in his Cheerios this morning and has nothing useful but angst to express and find yourself a friend with strong English language skills. Ask them for help with your resume and cover letter. Also there are many English as second language programs as well as college writing centers, all of which you might find helpful, depending on your circumstances. Clear writing skills are usually fairly important to employers, especially in a market where there are more available employees than jobs. They will never bother to meet you and decide you're competent or worth having unless the initial things they see from you (like this message) are sufficiently free of errors that they aren't an immediate turn off. Many people will assume that you are probably very hard to communicate with on the job even though your spoken English might well be much stronger than your written English. Good luck to you.
