My use case for having direct access to usb devices in a bhyve vm could allow rapid development of USB drivers for FreeBSD by sniffing the packets being sent over USB to the bhyve guest and reverse engineer drivers so that we can write native drivers for common devices that aren't supported on FreeBSD yet. I had to put that on the back burner for a bit since there's a lot more pressing FreeBSD issues that I am working on. What's your use case? Best, Owen
