First let me say that it's heartwarming to find somebody who has read
the man page. :-)

As somebody already answered, they're in subdirectories of /usr/sup
if you use the "/usr/share/examples/cvsup/stable-supfile" supfile.
I'm sure they're being created, because cvsup would complain if
it couldn't make the files.

In short, everything's working the way it's supposed to. :-)
