Hello

The name of the board suggests that it is NE-2000. If so, the "ed" driver
will work for you.
If the board is on the ISA bus, you will have to know which IRQ, DMA
channel and IO space it uses (with can generally be set via a setup
diskette). If the card is on the PCI bus, all is much simpler (the driver
probes the PCI bus for you).

You may have to reconfigure your kernel (to add the ed driver)
