Do I need to add a line to my kernel to enable my cdrw-drive even though it shows up at boot time? What am i overlooking? I used mkisofs with boot.flp to create my 4.8-boot.iso image. I am doing this cuz my floppy drive died. When I do: burncd -f /dev/acd0c -s max data 4.8-boot.iso fixate I get the following: next writeable LBA 557 writing from file 4.8-boot.iso size 2976 KB acd0: WRITE_BIG - ILLEGAL REQUEST asc=0x64 ascq=0x00 error=0x04 only wrote -1 of 32768 bytes err=5 fixating CD, please wait.. acd0: CLOSE_TRACKING/SESSION - ILLEGAL REQUEST asc=0x72 ascq=0x04 error=0x04 burncd: icotl(CDRIOCFIXATE): Input/output error Any insight on this issue?
