My kernel was only missing this

Cleanup and remove some dead code from the initialization.

Correct sleep priority.


Should be the most recent policy.  I've not updated more recently than
that due to not having find an urge to re-integrate the vput() changes
in the NFS layer yet.  They seem to work fine, BTW.
