Sorry. For those who are interested, the first mail that arrived in
this thread was out of sequence and I misread who said what.
In my fluster I also forgot how reluctant you are to receive normal
friendly communication from me. It was an unforgivable error due to my
own stupidity which I hope will not happen again. I withdraw from this
thread.
