It is like $10 for a big 1 ounce tube.  In general, a little squirt is all
that is needed.  I think we got it from one of those 
electronics distributor houses... 

Silicon heatsink grease... I recommend that you get the non-flammable and
non-bonding kind just in case your fan goes bad.
