  This is the second time you have broken the code freeze during one
release cycle (rc.serial, a few weeks ago).  Just as a recap, we have
announced the code freeze to this list over 3 times, provided a
schedule of the freeze months in advance, and placed a reminder note
on the front page of the FreeBSD web site.  Your complete lack of
respect for the -STABLE branch during a release cycle is insulting to
everyone working to make this release a success.

  Based in part on your actions, we are going to have to erect a
technological barrier or begin suspending commit bits for those who
are so out of touch that they don't read important project
announcement emails.
