I've just added the lines

cloned_interfaces="lo1"
ifconfig_lo1_aliases="inet 10.241.0.0-15/16"

to my rc.conf and rebooted.

% ping 10.241.0.0
PING 10.241.0.0 (10.241.0.0): 56 data bytes
ping: sendto: No route to host

Changed lines to

cloned_interfaces="lo1"
ifconfig_lo1="inet 10.241.0.0 netmask 0xffff0000"
ifconfig_lo1_aliases="inet 10.241.0.1-15 netmask 0xffffffff"

and rebooted.

% ping 10.241.0.0
PING 10.241.0.0 (10.241.0.0): 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 10.241.0.0: icmp_seq=0 ttl=64 time=0.085 ms
