That's it! I always used gphoto2 on user account, not root.
Now, upgraded ports (gphoto2, libusb...) allow only root to work with 
camera.

  ll /dev/ugen0*
crw-rw-r--  1 root  operator    0, 119 Apr  8 16:12 /dev/ugen0
crw-rw-r--  1 root  operator    0, 120 Apr  8 16:12 /dev/ugen0.1
crw-rw-r--  1 root  operator    0, 121 Apr  8 16:12 /dev/ugen0.2
crw-rw-r--  1 root  operator    0, 122 Apr  8 16:12 /dev/ugen0.3D

Should be fixable in /etc/devfs.conf
