The highest speed will be one higher than the nominal rating:

   dev.cpu.0.freq_levels: 5801/300000 5800/300000 ...

The second one is the nominal speed, the first is turbo.
dev.cpu.0.freq shows the current speed:

   dev.cpu.0.freq: 5801
