Perhaps you didn't read the FAQ closely enough.  mozilla-fonts are _not_
supported, and should not be installed.  You should uninstall them, then
re-run fc-cache -f -v.

If that doesn't fix it, search the archives for the recent thread on
fixing fonts in Mozilla.
