I have installed off of a DOS partition, and one of the things that I
discovered is that the CD directories and files need to be at the root
of the partition in order for the installation to work. You cannot
put them in a sub-directory, there is no option to install from a
sub-directory on a DOS partition that I have seen. This might make
a bit of a mess if you already have Windows installed on the partition.

When I did it, I just put all of Disk1 on the DOS partition, and that pretty
much made it easy to install most anything I wanted.
