Thanks for your help and assistance. I am happy to report that I got the machine up. I ended up doing a full make release from another machine that was cvsup'd this AM, and than creating a ISO image from that (what a learning experience this whole task was). It installed flawlessly (and extremely fast). I haven't done any performance numbers yet, but I'll be very curious to see how well it performs.
