This can have different causes. 

1) wrong interrupt configured.

2) no network connected to the BNC connector. Terminate the
   BNC connector with either a 25 Ohms shunt or a T-piece
   with two 50 Ohms terminators on it or connect a minimum
   network cable with termination.
