I guess that makes USR "the coolest modem company".  Their newer
Couriers can use xmodem to flash.  Just fire up minicom, issue
the AT commands described in the README, and start an xmodem
upload of the new code.  No need to boot with an external modem,
just power cycle the modem.  :)
