Since you brought that up, I've tried with all three bridging methods:
bridge(4), if_bridge, and ng_bridge using 
/usr/share/examples/netgraph/ether.bridge as my template.  The only
time I can reproduce the crash is with if_bridge.

I hope it's not bad ettiquette to send this to bug-followup,
freebsd-bugs, and the originator of the question.  Please let me know
if I've committed a faux pas.
