I think it would be nice to include the default configuration file for voice to /usr/local/etc/mgetty+sendfax/, it would make easier to configure mgetty+sendfax to handle voice.
I guess just adding /usr/local/etc/mgetty+sendfax/voice.conf (and /usr/local/etc/mgetty+sendfax/voice.conf.dist) would to it :)
