patch for fixing the timeout on arm

On my Sheevaplug arm system bruteblock sets the rule reset time always to 0.
This is because utime (long long) is printed as an int.
This also solves a warning from clang.

I'm running:
FreeBSD 11.0-CURRENT (SHEEVAPLUG) #3 r272028M: Thu Oct 9 02:25:25 CEST 2014

I also verified the port still works on my amd64 machine.

The attachment can be put in ports/security/bruteblock/files.
