I'm running it on an Sis735 with no problems that I've come across yet (only got this box recently, and haven't stressed it at all). As for the UDMA--make sure you have at least ATA 33/66 80 pin shielded cable, or you will probably get can't read UDMA, dropping back to PIO errors on bootup.
