But, this assumes that someone will cvsup ports-base or ports-all.
ports-base includes a lot of crap that does not need to be installed
on a machine to simply build a port.  Oh well, one more refuse file to
remember to update as crap gets added to ports-base.

At the very least, a separate cvsup collection that includes only
Mk should be established.
