I just committed a large set of changes that affect all network interface
drivers. For the most part these changes are simple and should have no
effect. A few drivers however needed significant work and I was unable to
test them because I don't have the hardware. If you use the:ie, le, or wl
drivers beware that things may be broken. Specifically input packet
handling no longer strips the Ethernet header in the drivers; instead the
header is left at the front of the packet. In these drivers the code
actually read the Ethernet header into a separate structure and changing it
to write the header in the mbuf chain required non-trivial changes. If you
have one of these drivers and experience problems please contact me directly
so I can work with you to fix it.

In general, the changes to drivers should not be noticeable. There were
changes to the VLAN support that you will notice. If you're a VLAN user
please let me know if you experience problems.

    Sam
