Thank you for these statements, but can I ask for a third broken
rule, that of the silence on the part of the committer?  As far
as we can tell he is not reading these lists...  this would have
ended probably much quicker had he, or even someone else directly
answered my original objection instead of bantering around them
in obscure manners.
